“Couldn’t recommend the place enough; been meaning to visit since it opened but only just got round to it and I can’t wait to go back. Cycled over, so made use of the plentiful bike racks. Really loved the outdoor area, but sat inside and ordered coffees and breakfast. Service was friendly, coffee and food was all grand; especially the rhubarb and yoghurt granola bowl. Breakfast muffin was tasty too. Looks like a great place for food, events, drinks, etc. My kids had a nice time and I bet on sunny days that outdoor must be hammered. Will be back soon I hope”

I have the Uber Eats app and their service is always fast and the food is always in perfect condition - if cookie dough, it’s still lovely and warm, and if ice cream it’s always still cold and in tact. The food is so tasty it’s always a joy ordering from The Dessert Cafe. Even going into the cafe itself, the owner is very friendly and the service in itself is wonderful. Will be a loyal customer of this place for a long long time.”

“Me and my wife were looking for an Italian for lunch after a killers concert. We found this place and absolutely loved it. It's a small family owned place and the owner and other staff made us feel very welcome. The food is authentic Italian. I had a pizza and my wife the lasagna. The portion sizes was just right, the curry sauce was beautiful, rice nice and fresh and the Nan bread just gorgeous. I don’t have curry often but from now on i’ll always go here. Also, really good price and super speedy delivery.”

“Amazing restaurant! First time going to Mint Kitchen as my regular is slipping down hill. The food was ready waiting for me to collect, nice portion sizes, though mint kitchen rice portions are slightly smaller than what I'm used to but all that means is I can actually finish a meal with no left overs. The chicken was really juicy with "no bad bits" (The wife is picky with meat). I think Mint Kitchen is my new regular when it comes to a curry!”

This is a frequent place for me and a number of my collegues to go for lunch and I cannot recommend it enough.
