“One of the best groom experiences for our cockapoo, the lady who was on today was fantastic. I had just noted our dog, Mila, is uneasy when it comes to her face and paws being groomed and if needs be to give us a call if she wasn't playing ball. No call needed, the lady took excellent care of our dog, really attentive and patient during the groom, top it off Mila came out perfectly groomed with a waggy tail. Can't recommend enough, thank you!”

“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “Today, I decided to adopt a very cute Russian dwarf hamster called Nacho, who is now named Buddy. The level of care and compassion shown to this little hamster by the staff at Pets at Home was lovely to see, and little Buddy is a credit to those staff members' hard work. Pet shops get a bad reputation, but without companies like Pets at Home and their caring staff, what would we be left with? I'm sure Buddy wouldn't have been given a second chance, and my little girl wouldn't have gotten to meet her best little buddy. So thanks!”

“Great shop for all your essentials for pets. Our Shih Tzus love the AVA Advanced Nutrition kibble for Shih Tzus and the pate in the tin. No issues at all with them refusing to eat which has happened with other brands in the past. They also drink more now as well which is good.”

“Outstanding!! I came in yesterday concerned over my pup with constant diarreah. He has just been on antibiotics from the vets but since getting him (now 17 weeks old) he's never had a solid stool and he's on puppy version of my older dogs food.. straight away two amazing staff members came over and gave me some good advice regarding my pup.. recommended this food and nothing was too much trouble.. came home last night, gave django his food and today.. he's had his first solid poo since iv had him. So bloody happy and he's currently bouncing round. So hats off to the staff outstanding advice and highly recommend anyone in a turmoil to pop in to warrington pets at home. Thankyou!!”

“They always take fantastic care of our rabbit. This is our go to place for all our pet boarding needs. Very reasonably priced too. Bit of an exciting drive down the undulating lane to get there, due to lack of any real surfacing. Not recommended for vehicles with low ground clearance.”

“Excellent store which has an amazing variety of Aussie Cadbury chocolates including Dream, Cherry Ripe, Violet Crumble, Mint Twirl, Twirl Caramilk, Cadbury Top Deck (Dream & Milk Chocolate), Cadbury Marble and the Cadbury Favourites selection box. The Favourites is the Aussie equivalent of Miniature Heroes (or Heroes as it is now called), but way better. It has Dream, Cadbury Milk Chocolate original, Cadbury Caramello, Moro, Flake, Boost, Picnic, Crunchie and Turkish Delight. The prices are a bit higher than the UK Cadbury equivalents but this is understandable as it is being shipped all the way from Australia. It also stocks Darrel Lea chocolate bars, imported from Australia as well. “Hosted a games night for our running club in the free function room upstairs. Such a beautiful room with original features. We only had chip butties but they were really good, we even got some salad & cakes thrown in and the napkins were super cute! Lisa was super helpful when trying to organise. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again! Thanks for a great night!”

We did not have to queue as there were not many people shopping and we went in and out pretty quickly. Staff is great and they keep the store clean and tidy. Transparent panels are installed at the tills. Wear your masks and we'll get through.”
