“Fantastic professional service received yesterday by Chris. My Husband hates shopping for shoes as he has little patience trying on shoes that rarely fit him from the usual High Street stores. He needed a new pair of Brogue Shoes and he had observed the staff from outside this store attending to a customer and he had been in to the store and was very impressed. After almost an hour, of trying on shoes, we eventually found the right shoes, with fitting and expert advice from Chris. My Husband was very happy with his birthday present of the Loake Edward Brogue Shoes in the beautiful Mahogany colour. We will definitely be back for another pair of shoes or boots as this experience was well worth the trip in to Manchester. Please keep up your good work and your exceptional service.”

“I have been wanting the Clairemont Way Fisherman Sandals for the past few months but couldn't get them online in a size 8. I thought I would go into a physical store to see if I got lucky. A male staff member said that they unfortunately only had a size 7.5 in stock. I assumed that it wasn't meant to be, but straight away, he said that he could make a call and see whether they have some in another store. Not only did they have my size available, but he sorted the order at the till to ensure that I could have the shoes delivered to my home address. I really appreciated how attentive he was in finding a solution so that I could get the pair of shoes that I wanted. I would definitely come here again. This was on Wednesday 30th July at 2:30pm.”

“I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”

“We had a major disaster on a school site where smelly horrible pipe threading oil had been spilt onto a carpet where the pipe fitters were working. One telephone call later and the carpet was back to the original state, So much so it showed up how bad the rest of the carpet was. A return visit has been booked to do the rest of the school. Highly recommend Andrew and his team.”

Which is why for the first time in my life I am compelled to write this review about the exceptional service my husband and I received at Pinko's concession in Harvey Nichols. Christiana the manager was so helpful to my husband and guided him through the entire experience. She was resourceful and considerate. Made someone who doesn't like shopping LOVE shopping for his wife. I can't thank her enough. When we arrived in store her team (clearly well trained) Crislaide and Sitong could not have made someone who is going through 'the change' us ladies do at a certain age feel more at ease. Its hard for me to find clothes that bring a smile to my face. So from Stephen and I, I want to commend you all for showing true talent, and giving me hope there is people who want to work in high end retail to make others look, feel, be fabulous.”
