All the staff are so caring and loving, like a family away from home - three of his key persons particularly standout, Katie G who was his first in Bunnies and supported his transition into nursery life, Jess for support with his speech and language while he was in Fox Cubs and Malaika while he was in Owls for nurturing his curiosity through her experiments. His first parents evening at primary school was full of positives and he is hitting or exceeding all his targets, part of this is the play and experiences he had while being at Footsteps! “As a man about to turn 40 I would describe this as a modern style barbers (where the quality of cut is Salon standard) but with the great community feel that you used to get in the old shops I remember as a kid (the ones everyone went to). They're friendly, kind. I see a lot of parents taking their boys there ages 7 and up so they must be pretty good that that. I've been going there since lockdown and I've rarely stayed with 1 barbers so long. Olly (owner) or Ollie K, you get a great cut and a nice chat.”

“Forgot all my work shirts last week for a convention at Mottram Hall. This is a proper old fashioned customer service shop and I loved it!! Paul the expert in the shop got me fitted up with three of their excellent Remus Uomo shirts that fitted perfectly then I got three Paul Smith shirts too! Shop smells good and the customer service is second to none. Even though I live 208miles away I will be buying online….after first speaking to Paul of course! Why are shops as good as this one so few and far between these days!!!”
