“What a wonderful service Suleman gave us. We were extremely impressed right through from the first phone call to him dropping us off at home. Throughout he was polite, patient and very considerate. We were especially grateful for the care he gave to my partner, who has mobility issues, by helping her in and out of the taxi and helping her into our house. He delivered us to the restaurant at 7:30pm, as we had asked, by taking his time and going the long way round. He got our special evening off to a great start and we’re very grateful for the trouble he took. The mini-bus was spotless and well maintained and he drove carefully. We can’t praise the service he provided enough and would certainly use him again and recommend him without hesitation. Many, many thanks.”

“Perfect over night stay before our early morning flight to Disney. We was checked in by Cibril (sorry if spelt wrong) who kindly gave us 2 drink vouchers for the bar. Another staff member asked if our little boy would like a biscuit and brought him out a shortbread. The rooms where lovely and spacious as well. Of course you could hear the planes but that didn't bother us, apart from that we thought it was a quiet hotel. The walk to the airport is between 5-10mins. Will definitely stay again.”

“A decent Marriott Hotel, which has had good investment over the years. Well presented with nice external / outsourced dining of a good standard. Well worth a stop if using the airport to go on Holiday. Good for when you need to entertain at a restaurant. Would not hesitate to recommend, good chain of hotels with decent standards at all times.”

“I happened to hail a Quantum taxi while in Manchester and was very happy with their service. The owner was my driver so I asked him about arranging a ride for a very early flight. He helped me get the app downloaded and enter my request in their system. He personally called me the day before my flight to confirm. Farook was my driver to airport. He showed up right on time (3:30am!) and got me there with no issues whatsoever. Very friendly and reliable service that I will definitely use on my next trip to Manchester!”

Where this ‘Budget’ Hotel differs from others in the field, is that this one is supremely well run, with an array of truly fantastic staff, for who, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed for two weeks during a difficult house move, and The Stay Inn Manchester bent over backwards to accommodate us, and help us during this very busy time. Friendly - Clean - Fantastic. Everytime I've needed a taxi, apart from once, the taxi has arrived within 5 mins. All the cars, except 1, have been immaculate and modern, and the drivers have all been friendly.
