“Without a shadow of a doubt, the best restaurant I have ever been to. Visited on a whim last night, booked an hour before they opened and were made to feel welcome immediately. A lovely little place with absolutely fantastic food. I'm not usually the adventurous type when it comes to food, but there wasn't a single thing I didn't finish. I honestly considered licking the plates! Each dish was a masterpiece, and if perfection is lots of little things done right then they nailed it. I cannot recommend the place highly enough, please go and show this little business some support, they truly deserve it.”

“A lovely cottage in a very quiet location with splendid views. Very comfortable, well presented and spacious accomodation, with a log burner in the lounge, and excellent range cooker in the kitchen. Spacious main bedroom with very comfortable bed, and well equiped bathroom. Very suitable for dog owners with footpaths on the doorstep. We shall certainly return.”

It’s such a chilled, comfy environment too, perfect for people who want to be pampered but want a more relaxing experience compared to a busy, packed salon. Rachel is so friendly and makes you feel at home, you can really see the love and care that’s gone into making Dot a salon and above all she’s so talented and always gives me exactly what I wanted with my cut and colour. “Our cat has stayed at Lovi Pet Hotel twice in the last two months. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. I thoroughly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel to really look after your cats - an outstanding cattery who really love cats. Thank you.”

“Absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend Black & Tan enough for any Dachshund owner looking for boarding! Our little sausage Apple has stayed here for a week recently and absolutely loved it. The house is ideal - set well away from any roads, there's a huge secured field for all the dogs to play in with the toys and have a good run around. It's basically Nirvana for them. Nina is fantastic too - always helpful and quick to respond, brilliant in settling Apple in and she sent us plenty of updates on how Apple was doing whilst we were away. Thanks very much, we hope Apple can come back to stay with you again soon!”

“Just picked our black labrador Luna up from Mike and the girls and it's honestly the first time she hasn't wanted to come home. She has absolutely loved every second of it there, Mike sent me numerous photos throughout our week long holiday, which really put our mind at ease. I can honestly say I won't leave her with anyone else from now on, she's made lots of new friends and by the looks of it has had the time of her life! Will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone I know looking for a place for their dog to stay (I would say kennels but this is more like a 5* luxury apartment).”
