She advises us on brushing techniques & the state of our teeth, fortunately, up to now, neither of us has required any work. And the banter after the check up is always top notch, too.”

She went above and beyond—helping me find some medication that was almost impossible to track down, suggesting a brilliant alternative when one item was out of stock, and even bringing me a basket when she noticed my hands were full. All done with genuine warmth and efficiency. In a world where good service is increasingly rare, Berni stood out as exceptional. She is a credit to the company and definitely deserves a pay rise. I also had to pop back as I thought I'd lost something and the lady that looked around for it even went onto her hands and knees to see if it had rolled under the shoe rack!”

“So many sofas to choose from !! Wayne introduced himself to us and left us to look around, no pushy sales pitches but very informative. We bought the sofas and had them delivered 2 weeks later ( our choice as we were decorating ). They arrived an hour ago and they're perfect. Very happy with the price, the service instore and the delivery guys were fantastic, polite and friendly. We cannot fault this company”

“Amazing experience as soon as we walked into the restaurant! Really pleasant atmosphere and it wasn't too busy either. Waiters we're marvelous, if they wore name tags I'd reference them here. Our main eaiter was a guy with short hair and glasses and he was really personable and just a nice guy. Same with our other waiter, both were great with kids around the place and were quite the multitaskers! Definitely come here again, we are leaving a tip! ❤️”

“One conspicuous feeling you have in this store is how Neat the floor is. It's well ventilated and well lit here. They are well stocked. I went here to see the pharmacist for my Yellow fever vaccine which I had booked in advance from their website. They were very polite and explained stuff to me well. I would always recommend Boots to everyone.”

“Bought 2 x2 seater recliner sofas,from this firm about 5 weeks ago had problem with one of the sofas wich was sorted out in less than a week Wayne was very helpful and sorted problem out quickly the problem was my wheight I am a big lad but problem sorted out very quickly. “Went into store today to get my son football boots. The member of staff assisting was called Cameron and at one point had at least 6 or 7 people all trying to get correct sizes. Cameron was able to help every single person and at no point did I feel like I was left waiting, he remained polite and professional at all times. Spoken to store manager and found out he was new but had conducted himself like he had been there for years . This young man is a credit to the company. Well done Cameron.”

“Went to shopping on my mum’s birthday, and approached by Boz, he is really nice to give us suggestions all the time and walking along with us holding the things we liked to try, he introduced some creed to us which I never heard the brand before, he got really good taste and chose three creed to me which I finally really liked! I was wearing a white trainer and it looked dusty and Boz seen this and applied Ria cleaning kits to it, made it so tidy and I couldn’t believe the small cleaning spray can really worked! My mum was really happy and had really good time here! It is never easy for someone to deliver the service with that high quality, but flannels denton team really did it. Whether you like to buy or not, when you walk pass by please do come into their shop, you will be amazed either by wide range of products or high quality of service!”
