“Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

“Bought 2 x2 seater recliner sofas,from this firm about 5 weeks ago had problem with one of the sofas wich was sorted out in less than a week Wayne was very helpful and sorted problem out quickly the problem was my wheight I am a big lad but problem sorted out very quickly. “From the moment we visited this beautiful store the service was perfect. Lots of help and advice from Lauren in choosing our suite which was appreciated and we weren't put under any pressure to buy. We did order a suite and took delivery of it today. Gavin & James were extremely careful both in bringing it into our home and assembling it, taking care not to damage the furniture or our home.
