“Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name. Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning. Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately. Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home. Many thanks”

“If you're thinking about getting new furniture I would definitely check out this place first. Very reasonable prices that always reflect the condition of the furniture- of which the condition is usually great. There's also a delivery service which is immensely helpful. I'm not sure if there's a charge for it although I would imagine it's nominal. The cafe upstairs is lovely too. Very reasonably priced and a great selection of drinks and food. The choices range from snacks and cakes through to meals so there's something to satisfy whatever mood you're in. All raising money for such a great place in the hospice too.”

“Very good. Sockets, screwdrivers, pictures, everything you need for starting a home. Biscuits, sweets, coffee, shampoo. Soap powder, washing up liquid, clothes and dusters. Love this little shop.”

“I went in here for the first time to buy my best friend a bouquet for her 30th birthday. The lady making the bouquet was named Alena, she was super friendly and helpful and made the most beautiful bouquet in no time. Great customer service and lovely flowers that last a long time☺️”

“I purchased a bosch built in microwave oven yesterday which has now replaced my old bosch 10 Yr old one perfectly and matches the oven. I visited the Oldham store with my wife and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman called Dan who gave us him time and answered any questions we had. He was very helpful and pleasant. Dan said John would phone me back to check stock in the warehouse the following morning which sure enough he did and he said my microwave oven was ready to collect. I went down to the store straight away to collect and another gentleman carried the microwave and put it into my car after I paid. The gentleman who carried it out also had a nice manor about him and the young lady who was in on Sunday with Dan also was pleasant and talkative. I would recommend this company to anyone and as I have been in retail sales all my working life this kind of service is sadly not available everywhere. “I love going here. The shop is well laid out with different product sections. Some stuff (particularly food stuff), you can't get in the average supermarket. Very reasonably priced - bargains even like in the name. Selling a mix of premium and own brands. On street parking in front of, or car parks nearby.”
