I was extremely nervous on my first appointment but on entering Jill the receptionist helped to put me at ease, Tim and his assistant where also brilliant, explaining everything step by step. I had 2 follow up appointments booked the same day for the treatment required, unfortunately I had to cancel the 1st as I was unwell, Jill was very understanding and concerned and there was no problem cancelling the appointment and another appointment was made Jill rang me the day after my first treatment to check I was ok and Tim also offered to see me again if there were any issues. “Overall I always have a good experience at Ethos Dental, excellent Dentist and receptionists, my only small complaint is, sometimes the unavailable waiting time, with people late etc, on my recent visit I was a 09-30 appointment, checked in and sat down waiting, I could see the surgery door open and chatting/laughter coming from there, expecting to be called any minute but no, another guy came in 5 minutes after me, the previous appointment, he went in virtually as he arrived, to my mind he should have been made to wait and I should have been seen before him, so I presume that's why appointments run late.
