“The food here was so good! I’ve tried a few Greek places recently and they were a bit of a letdown, but this might honestly be the best Greek spot I’ve been to. Everything was delicious and fresh. Kosta and the team were super nice — we even had a great chat while waiting for our food. You can really tell they care about what they do. Highly recommend!”

“Staying one night in Manchester, and saw this Caribbean place, so had to give it a try, I got the rice and peas with goat curry, and a lamb patty. The food tasted so good! I got the normal portion which was just right, the mutton just fell apart it was so tender, I would highly recommend this place for your Caribbean fix. The music in the place has be wanting to move, the only downfall was that I had a long walk back to my hotel, but the food was worth the walk”

“Fantastic food in the most unassuming place and location. The whole experience was smooth and food wasn't too spicy. What they have classed as 3 peppers out of 5 - I found rather mild. Really like the medium of building your own custom plate. It's a novelty, but very refreshing idea and gives you opportunity to taste a few things at once without spending crazy money on a single meal.”

“Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”

“My order was a delivery order which was straight forward to use through Uber Eats! Porky Pigs Cafe made placing my order straight forward & clear. I could watch my order through the Uber Eats app being prepared right up until delivery where I then received a phonecall from the Uber Eats Driver informing myself my order had arrived & was at my front door, (the driver was identified to me as soon as my order was out for delivery). This was a very safe delivery with extremely quick & good service! The food itself was of a very generous size. My order was a large Yorkshire Pudding filled with bacon, sausage, fried egg & a hash brown with potato fries in a rather cute cardboard box & a large bottle of apple juice. I had the option to choose cutlery & a straw, which I chose, (& was free of charge). The food was so tasty, a good temperature & presented really well. The price was £18:14, which is quite expensive but this does include the Service Fee of £1:40 & a Delivery Fee of £2:97, so the actual meal was £13:95.”

Their food especially chips (not fries) are massive and crispy and lovely MUCH better than chip shop ones.. imagine chip shop sized but French crisp fried! All food is clean and hot! (not greasy) properly cooked and delicious. And a breakfast for 5.50 is amazing! My new hangout!”

Very generous portion sizes which are a bonus when the quality of the food is this good. As you can see in the pic the sweet and sour chicken melts in the mouth, very generous portions such as the salt and pepper chicken which is our favourite starter, super friendly and efficient staff and very reasonable prices, cannot recommend highly enough! “The food is incredibly tasty. All meat I've had from here has not had any fat on and is absolutely quality food. The portions are big, especially the Kebabs they are very filling with nice tender meat all through, no gaps in the bread. Sauces are flavourful and salad is always a nice combination amount, doesn't taste watery it's juicy. Food always taste fresh and delicious. The pricing is excellent and very generous for the quality of the amazing food. The portions are impressive and will hit the spot. Overall I would recommend this food to anyone and definitely one of the best tasting takeouts I've had. The service is top notch, the service is very polite and respectful. I don't have any complaints. It is very tidy and clean. You can tell preparation for each meal they make it catered to with detail as you can see the kitchen in the back were all is prepared.. They cooks are also very respectful, tidy and amazing at making the food taste delicious!!! Treat others with respect and you shall receive it back. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my food. The food has always been hot and wrapped well and given with kindness. Thank you!”
