“Last night, I called in for a takeaway pizza. There was a tiny issue with the timing as the place was so busy but it was absolutely nothing to concern myself about. But ,because of this, the young lady serving me, Victoria, could not have been more helpful. I left wood fire smoke with a smile on my face only get home to eat the usual delicious pizza that I always order. If you have never been to this restaurant, then it’s time you did. I wholeheartedly recommend it as the pizzas are the best in town and staff are lovely.”

“This is without a doubt my favourite restaurant. So far, it is the only place I have found outside of Italy to serve fresh, authentic Italian foods. My partner is Italian, and hence a harsh critic. Casa Italia has won his approval and we both come here regularly. It is clear that the people posting negative reviews about frozen food have never eaten here. There is an open kitchen where you can watch the chef cooking delicious food, all from fresh ingredients. Service is attentive, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food exceptional. I would recommend anything on the menu. But for me, two stand out dishes are the polpette Di carne (beef meatballs with a cheese centre) and the formaggi fusi (a bubbling dish of melted Italian cheeses)”

“Unbelievable food made to order. So tasty and fresh. I have been twice now and both times have been spot on, service consistently great. My only negative is the location of the customer toilet being through the kitchen, but that’s not enough to put me off due to everything else being fab.”

“Since my review below, management have reached out to me and have confirmed their cutlery and crockery is recyclable hence I will add another star to my review. Many thanks for response. Very interesting place for breakfast or lunch in Cheadle. This cafe is definitely a positive addition to the Cheadle community - making it feel more like some of the cafes in Didsbury. It is very clean and had a nice friendly atmosphere. The manegment adhere to the Jewish community, hence this cafe is closed on a Saturday. You will find lots of nice things on the menu and everything is well presented and clean as stated above. The reason I can't give this more than the 4 stars, is based on the disposable plates, knifes and forks and coffee / tea cups. I imagine on a good day this Cafe must go through a lot of disposable waste. Not sure if any of this is recyclable (but I have no proof) so effectively this cafe could contribute to world pollution (perhaps comments from management will put me right on this issue). It would be good to have notices saying the cutlery , crockery is all recyclable as this would get another star from me. And lastly but not leastly there is only one Vegan option on the menu. As we all know Veganism is on the rise and it is always good to have more Vegan options on the menu. On the other hand for the Jewish community it isn't an essential - but for the public it might be. In conclusion I would recommend this place as it gives a fresh look to the Cheadle community and it is clean. Worth a visit if you are in Cheadle.”

And Chris was with us in no time to collect us from the airport and get us back to the car ready to head home . Both are absolutely wonderful ! “I moved to Didsbury with my friends and we decided to try the various options at the many restaurants. Here we found a warm welcome and a very pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is clean, the service is smooth and fast, and the staff was truly excellent. As for the food, the fillet steak with green peppercorns was superb, the seafood risotto was excellent, and the breaded cheese. Delicious EVERY time! Try the 4 salami - it is top notch. Meatballs are lush. Pasta also. Simply FAB.”
