“I visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff aren’t left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.”

“Had a great experience at Nando’s. Ordered the half chicken, coleslaw, and halloumi, and honestly everything was banging — perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavour. Special shoutout to Haris, who was absolutely top-tier. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell he actually cares about customer service, which makes a big difference. Food was spot on, service was excellent, and the vibe was great. Will definitely be coming back.”

I was served by a gentleman called Dillion, he really understands his customers and was exemplary in which he held himself whilst attending to his customers, from observation he anticipated customers needs and was well presented, well spoken & polite. “I recently purchased a quartz table from All In Stone and the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. I live approximately 200 miles from their shop, however communication over the phone and messaging was faultless. On collection of the table, it was wrapped for protection and loaded into my van, nothing was too much trouble and the lads were all friendly. They have some lovely tables and tons of choice in the shop. I would jot hesitate to purchase from All In Stone again.”

A cocktail was included in the price also and our visit coincided with perfect timing for 2 for 1 cocktails. Good location as right near to Deansgate train station. “Brilliant professional friendly service from start to finish. Jon talked through all the options and choices and made the whole process smooth. Craig the fitter is a perfectionist and it shows in the attention to detail. I was really impressed with the lack of mess as my kitchen is only small but everywhere was cleaned up each night. From Craig the plasterer, Chris the Gas fitter/plumber and Reece and Daniel the electricians the whole process was slick. I would thoroughly recommend Millshill Kitchens and Bedrooms without hesitation. Tiling separate.”

The mix of beef patty, smoked chicken, melted cheddar, cooked onions sauce, and salad was on point. Good portions, great ambiance and friendly staff. “Highly recommended for dog walking and pet sitting. Just moved few months ago, and we´ve been so lucky to came across with Fraser. He is taking care of our two dogs daily for a walk and home sitting them some nights every month. Both of the dogs are rescued and it is not easy to get close to them or gain their confidence and every time they see Fraser they are happy and go to kiss him. He is got a natural affinity with dogs. He is organised and friendly and keeps communication regular which made our first days leaving them easier for us. One of the times I was away and he was pet sitting them they went stomach sick and he looked after them while keeping me updated with everything. So always know they are in safe hands with Fraser. We get peace of mind leaving our dogs with him as we know that he really cares about them.”
