“Dining at Brasserie Blanc was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay at the Delta Hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, the beautifully designed interior transported us to a different world. The space is bathed in natural light, creating an atmosphere that’s both elegant and uplifting. Despite not having a reservation, the staff welcomed us with warmth and generosity, even seating us in what must be the best spot in the house. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional—genuine, attentive, and effortlessly accommodating. The food was absolutely divine. We started with the Dressed Devon Crab and the Pan-Fried Sea Bream, both bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors and perfectly presented. Paired with a bottle of their delicious white wine, it was a meal to remember. So memorable, in fact, that we ended up enjoying a second bottle as we lingered over dessert. Speaking of dessert—what a treat! The Wye Valley Rhubarb Crumble was the perfect balance of tart and sweet, while the Pistachio Soufflé was light, airy, and full of flavor. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Brasserie Blanc is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience we’ll fondly remember and gladly recommend. Can’t wait to return!”

“Had a lovely experience at the village cafe today, was greeted by the lovely waitress ella who seated us immediately alll the staff were so lovely and there was no wait with our food, which tasted absolutely amazing i ordered the Breakfast wrap which was absolutely delicious and the smoothie was so yummy. “Got recommended Mr Yungs by somebody and considering my usual chinese is closed we decided to give them a go. Wow. Just wow. The food was incredible. The salt & pepper chips were crispy, the food was hot and fresh, and everything tasted really fresh. We are in Wythenshawe and will now be changing our chinese to here without a doubt. 11/10.
