We could always get an appt and the staff are lovely esp the young guy on reception and Joanne the Manager who went above and beyond when he sadly passed away with heartfelt finishing touches. The vets are amazing and do a fantastic job! even in the most difficult of times. They gave us an extra year with Ted which we are forever grateful for.”

“My tortoise had a long beak so making it difficult to eat by himself. I had to feed him by hand, I took him to this vet. The people are very friendly, the lady vet clipped his beak and I am happy to say he is eating really well. One happy tortoise and one happy owner. “One of the best groom experiences for our cockapoo, the lady who was on today was fantastic. I had just noted our dog, Mila, is uneasy when it comes to her face and paws being groomed and if needs be to give us a call if she wasn't playing ball. No call needed, the lady took excellent care of our dog, really attentive and patient during the groom, top it off Mila came out perfectly groomed with a waggy tail. Can't recommend enough, thank you!”

Claire was amazing with him . Offered plenty of professional advice, did his hair exactly how we wanted it , even though there was people waiting to go in .
