The day was really engaging and interesting - the recipes were great, the pace was just right and we were given so much useful information as well as little tips and tricks. All the staff are so caring and loving, like a family away from home - three of his key persons particularly standout, Katie G who was his first in Bunnies and supported his transition into nursery life, Jess for support with his speech and language while he was in Fox Cubs and Malaika while he was in Owls for nurturing his curiosity through her experiments. His first parents evening at primary school was full of positives and he is hitting or exceeding all his targets, part of this is the play and experiences he had while being at Footsteps! “Had root canal treatment from Mr Charlesworth. Everyone at the practice was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Can't fault the treatment at all. Mr Charlesworth was very reassuring, before he started he advised me they could adjust how they worked or stop if I had problems. Which made me feel a bit more in control and therefore more relaxed. Once I'd had the injections I found the procedure absolutely fine. Receptionists and the rest of the team all very helpful. Great practice, would recommend.”

“Brilliant! Loved the Nigerian Guinness. The miniscule chap behind the counter was thoroughly pleasant. I was somewhat dissatisfied to see there was no draft tennents. However, his charming demeanour left me feeling satisfied and contented. Open late 5 stars!!!!”

“Our little one had the time of his life and loved every minute of it. Even as parents we were impressed with the facilities/ quality of play equipment, they sell a wide range of food and lovely seating area by the cafe that has plenty of high chairs. The tables are spaced out to allow for pushchairs/buggies. They have a role play section with plenty of soft play equipment etc. for under 5’s. Our little one loved the different sensory areas. The whole place kept him entertained for hours! We visited a second time on the way home. We only wish we had one closer to us down south as we are based in Sussex.”
