    “Used it many times. Fully tracked. If you're dropping off an outgoing parcel at a shop / collection point, be aware what time EVRI actually does their collection from the shop. If you've gone for "Next day" may not be actually "next day" because you drop off after they've collected. The collections / drop off are once daily,.... Say if you drop off at 12:00 noon and they already been their and collected that days consignments at 10:00hrs your parcel won't go anywhere until 10:00hrs the following day. Once it's in their system the whole process is seamless Happy Customer !”

    “I am happy with the one at Mc Coll's in Moston. The service is very good. It is the opposite to the one at Esso Petrol Station, at Shirley Road in Cheetham Hill. Harris and Suman lied and said that l had only 3 days to collect when l have 10. They never made me sign, they obliged me to take all the parcels with me. Harris was not even saying hello. As soon as l entered he started questioning me, kind of arguing about my parcels being there for 1 week. Harris even told me OK complaint! Suman told me why l came back when l had said l wouldn't. I printed the labels of my parcels and they both said they could not send it. It occurred twice. Such a disgusting experience. The rest of the staff there is good, otherwise.”

    “I really can’t understand the general negativity of so many reviews on here, I must say I’ve had a great experience with Rapid. I arrived in Manchester without my baggage as it got left behind on my stopover. I had to leave Manchester again the next day so I really needed my suitcase returned to me first thing in the morning. Spoke to two Rapid employees on the phone who were being extremely helpful and tried their absolute best to accommodate my urgent request. The driver was very friendly as well and arrived the next day even earlier than expected. It’s fair enough that people are frustrated when their baggage is delayed, but they need to understand that it’s usually the airlines and the airports that are at fault for the inconvenience - not couriers like Rapid.”
