“Excellent work and service on waterproofing a flat roof balcony, that had been botched by the original installers and was leaking into a living room below. Although only a small job by the standards of their larger commercial projects, this work was personally supervised by Robert, one of the business owners who kept in touch over the three days of the work. He and his team were diligent and friendly, a pleasure to work with. Reinstating the decking over the flat roof was not a straight forward matter and they willingly put in additional time to get this right. I can happily recommend them.”

“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. I went in to collect an eBay parcel, but the seller hadn’t provided enough information for Argos to notify me it was ready. Ryan, the store manager, stepped in straight away to help. He listened to my issue, located the parcel after a thorough search, and even stayed on the phone with eBay for ages to sort it out.
