“I was met in the morning by a nasty overspill coming from the drain cover plate at the side of my house, I got this company’s number from a friend that recently had a similar issue. When I called they we able to come out the same evening, Raymond (The Team leader I think?) was both polite and friendly. He opened up the drain cover and could see that part of the pipe had corroded and was leaking water. He was able to diagnose and quote for the work which he said would takes a couple of hours. I didn’t expect him to be able to resolve the same day but he did. I was very satisfied with the price and with the quality of the work (not that I know the first thing about drains!) . I have thankfully had no issues since. Thank You Raymond”

“Over the years we visited this consulate for different issues we needed to resolve. All, and by all I mean 101% of our visits were resolved by the kind and professional staff, sometimes was at the begining of the day, other times at the second part of the day. It did not matter, always we finished for what we visited for. The staff was always kind and professional, gave the logic explanations if something needed to be amended or done otherwise but always presented to us different options to our needs... We always went there prepared as advised during the booking through the system but the base thing for successfully finishing our visits was the friendly and professional staff. Sometimes they even stayed over the closing time just to resolve our situation. I do not know how other people be unsatisfied by the service probably they were visiting without the documents needed or without all persons implicated present. I did this mistake once , I understood my mistake but I couldn't blame the staff for it. If is legal and you have what is needed you will be served extraordinary by the staff and your issue will be resolved. Last visit was today, all of my requests were resolved in less than 40 minutes. I was informed that a Consulate opened in Birmingham so sadly I will not visit probably any more at Manchester. But as my experience in those 10 years with this place was so positive and excellent never say never, I can drive 2hrs for such a service. “We had to take our cat for an emergency appointment and this place was suggested on our vet's website, since this place was open after hours, Sundays and Bank Holidays. We rang up and got told to come here as soon as we could, no appointment needed. The facilities were good. A really great idea in dividing the waiting areas for dogs and cats, so less disruption. The cat waiting area even offered blankets to cover baskets if we had a nervous cat, lovely touch. Unfortunately we had to have our cat put to sleep, but the vet that we had informed us of our options, respectful to us and our cat, and the process. He really helped us through it all and what to do next. The reception staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful.”

“I have just returned from a visit to the walk in centre where my daughter needed treatment for two ear piercings that had become very infected. The two nurses ( I think) who treated her were incredible and were able to remove both piercings. My daughter was clearly in a lot of pain and very distressed but they just kept her calm and worked wonders! I cannot thank them enough - you were fab! Thank you!”

“I went to AE Monday 13 October yes the wait was quite long but when I got to be assessed by the doctor he was very thorough and listened to me . I was admitted to a ward AMU the staff were brilliant and very caring. Then I was moved to D6 again staff were lovely especially Suzanne, and Davelee who looked after me both very professional Thank you so much for making my stay In hospital a very pleasant one . “I had a great experience at the Manchester Consulate. The staff, including the manager, were very friendly and helpful. They were neither bossy nor rude and efficiently handled four NICOP applications within an hour. There is plenty of parking available on Conyngham Road, with three hours free, as well as a few spaces near the consulate on Dickenson Road (though I’m not sure about the parking timings there). At the time of writing this review, next-day bookings at the Manchester Consulate are offered at 7:00 PM every evening, Sunday through Thursday. I found plenty of available slots when I made my booking. There weren’t many people at the consulate on our appointment day, possibly because it was a Friday. I did notice a couple of people without appointments being served, but you need to have a thick skin in those situations, as the staff can be quite strict or blunt. Overall, I found the entire team pleasant and willing to help.”
