“I have been wanting the Clairemont Way Fisherman Sandals for the past few months but couldn't get them online in a size 8. I thought I would go into a physical store to see if I got lucky. A male staff member said that they unfortunately only had a size 7.5 in stock. I assumed that it wasn't meant to be, but straight away, he said that he could make a call and see whether they have some in another store. Not only did they have my size available, but he sorted the order at the till to ensure that I could have the shoes delivered to my home address. I really appreciated how attentive he was in finding a solution so that I could get the pair of shoes that I wanted. I would definitely come here again. This was on Wednesday 30th July at 2:30pm.”

Which is why for the first time in my life I am compelled to write this review about the exceptional service my husband and I received at Pinko's concession in Harvey Nichols. Christiana the manager was so helpful to my husband and guided him through the entire experience. She was resourceful and considerate. Made someone who doesn't like shopping LOVE shopping for his wife. I can't thank her enough. When we arrived in store her team (clearly well trained) Crislaide and Sitong could not have made someone who is going through 'the change' us ladies do at a certain age feel more at ease. Its hard for me to find clothes that bring a smile to my face. “Just had delivered the Bishop Corner sofa and footstools. Communication from ordering through to delivery was spot on. We had a slight problem once the sofa was unpacked as discovered a broken foot on the sofa but these things happen. The important thing for me is this issue was dealt with professionally and immediately. Quality of sofa is brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again”

“I absolutely love this place. First visited 20 +years ago when they first opened and I lived in Manchester. I now live up North near Penrith so it’s a treat when I get to visit and I feel like a kid in a sweet shop… The selection is incredible, the price are good, presentation is beautiful. Quality is top notch… staff are lovely I only wish we had a place like this up north and I could visit everyday!!!”

“Plenty of staff at hand and always offering help. Nice selection of clothes for all budgets. Lovely selection of casual and semi formal. There are some occasional and party wear options but due to size of the shop the selction is limited. However the stock is always well updated. Also they stock a good selection of childrenwear for girls considering the size of the shop. Clothes are of great quality and value. Full price stock are usually on pricey side however the same item during sales are of excellent value. Highly recommended.”

“Had an issue with a few items I purchased but the lovely kandice? The manager was understanding and rectified the situation with a gift card and an apology. Can't always get it right in retail, but fair play for making me leave happier than I went in. All the best”

“Came across Beaumont Organic when visiting Manchester for the weekend and was lured in by their sale sign! The lady in the shop was really friendly and chatty and introduced us to the brand. We love shopping small, so when we heard the clothes were made upstairs we were sold! I bought a blue coord which is super soft like all of their clothes.
