“Overall I always have a good experience at Ethos Dental, excellent Dentist and receptionists, my only small complaint is, sometimes the unavailable waiting time, with people late etc, on my recent visit I was a 09-30 appointment, checked in and sat down waiting, I could see the surgery door open and chatting/laughter coming from there, expecting to be called any minute but no, another guy came in 5 minutes after me, the previous appointment, he went in virtually as he arrived, to my mind he should have been made to wait and I should have been seen before him, so I presume that's why appointments run late. “1st time I have used a private dentist, as I had to have a bridge made. It was a good experience. I was made welcome, and as though I was the only customer. The whole experience from the initial consultation, to the end fitting was pleasant. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. “From first walking in the door there is a relaxed atmosphere in the lovely, bright waiting room. Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.”

I’m getting hardly any regrowth and didn’t even need to shave between the second and third session! I suffer a lot with ingrown hairs, but these have also calmed down so much after getting laser, which I’m thrilled about. Sam works with me during the session to keep pain as minimal as possible whilst still doing it on a high enough setting to see fast results.”
