Lucy was amazing and really helpful during the planning and on the day everything went exactly as it should all the staff were amazing on the day! jake was so helpful the night before accomadating a big party for food and was amazing on the wedding day too. John our master of ceromonies was fabulous too. All guests commented on how lovely there room was. We used the Delamere suite to get ready and for our wedding night and it was perfect. “Spontaneous visit with my 5yo and his friend. Service was impeccable from the moment we opened the door. It was quite quiet when we arrived and the children chose a seat where they could watch the chef. Despite being busy, the chef showed them a few tricks and explained the pizza making process - he even let them build their own pizza! The children were thrilled! Thank you to both the chef and our lovely waitress for making a stop for lunch a little bit of special ☺️”

“I was staying in the hotel for my 30th birthday and booked dinner for after the spa. The staff were so friendly and the food didn’t disappoint! We had the Lobster Mac and cheese, cheese Soufflee, ragu pasta and beef burger. All delicious. The new manager went the extra mile for my birthday, making us feel so special and welcome. I will certainly be back and thanks again to the wonderful team for an amazing night :)”

“Placed a telephone call to UK Lacrosse this afternoon (Friday) with an equipment query. I couldn’t have been more catered too if I had tired. Really excellent customer service, and even though shut on Saturday, they have made arrangements for me to access equipment (helmets) I intend to try on for size (before buying) at another venue. So fast forward to Saturday, and I met up with UK Lacrosse at a Box Lacrosse competition in Macclesfield, again as stated, they bought along a few helmets for me to try out. Once settled on one, I was quite happy to place my order online and wait, but knowing that I needed it for Monday, they actually drove to their shop with me, opened up (despite being closed of a weekend) and let me complete the transaction and walk away with my new helmet. Excellent shop, excellent customer service, I’ll be back again, and advise everyone to utilise this gem of a store/company.”

“Really good fuel quality bring my BM here as it seems to run so well on the fuel, slightly more expensive but worth the money especially the supreme unleaded out of the peal holiday seasons. Well stocked for what it is. Staff are friendly but a bit slow.”
