I waited for my rings to be cleaned and 10 minutes later they came back perfectly polished and sparkling. I was very pleased with the excellent service and I highly recommend it.”

Lucy was amazing and really helpful during the planning and on the day everything went exactly as it should all the staff were amazing on the day! jake was so helpful the night before accomadating a big party for food and was amazing on the wedding day too. John our master of ceromonies was fabulous too. All guests commented on how lovely there room was. We used the Delamere suite to get ready and for our wedding night and it was perfect. Thank you so much to everybody who made our day amazing ❤️”

“Spontaneous visit with my 5yo and his friend. Service was impeccable from the moment we opened the door. It was quite quiet when we arrived and the children chose a seat where they could watch the chef. Despite being busy, the chef showed them a few tricks and explained the pizza making process - he even let them build their own pizza! The children were thrilled! Thank you to both the chef and our lovely waitress for making a stop for lunch a little bit of special ☺️”

“Fantastic venue. We had a 2 day golf event here. The course and facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was great and the evening meal very good. It has a separate area for the golfers to eat and drink which overlooks the gold course (although breakfast area is shared with the hotel). A few used the spa area which they said was very nice. Service was good.”

“I was staying in the hotel for my 30th birthday and booked dinner for after the spa. The staff were so friendly and the food didn’t disappoint! We had the Lobster Mac and cheese, cheese Soufflee, ragu pasta and beef burger. All delicious. The new manager went the extra mile for my birthday, making us feel so special and welcome.
