“We have been seeing Jenny for over 2 years since our son was 8 weeks old. He was born with Spina Bifida, we started going to Jenny to ensure he was meeting all his mobility milestones. Jenny is really experienced and knowledgeable, helped so much with advice, and lots of tasks to practice at home. Seeing Jenny has been one of the best decisions we made. Our son has full mobility and probably would have had anyway however having regular appointments has given us the opportunity to learn how to help his walking journey with confidence and guidance. She has picked up on things we wouldn’t spot which helped when we meet with the consultants. Would really recommend”

“Myself and my partner have been going to Susi's yoga class for a couple of months. We are complete beginners. The class is very relaxed and, informal, and Susi is great at giving instruction so you can follow her. She has a lovely calming presence and makes everyone feel welcome. I'm really impressed with her knowledge and skill of yoga. It has helped me sleep better too.”

“I can't recommend the Doggie House highly enough, everyone is fantastic they really care and love all the dogs that go. We lost our dog in December she had been going to the Doggie house for 8years or so, our new girl wolfie is now going and I know when I leave her she is haveing a great play time. I would definitely recommend the Doggie house.”

City Centre location with classes starting from 17:30pm onwards so it won’t mess with your work hours!”

“Was given a voucher for here as a gift. I had a full body, deep tissue massage with Carmen. Carmen used various techniques to relieve my tension and aches. I like a firm massage and Carmen certainly did that. She did check the pressure was O.K. I have a bad lower back and Carmen did lots to help relieve this. My shoulders were also very tense and Carmen worked her magic. It definitely was a deep tissue massage. I felt great. Afterwards Carmen talked to me about my body and the parts she worked on. Carmen was very professional, put me at ease and explained some of the techniques she had used. Highly recommend and I will be back. Thank you.”

“I’ve been a member at Village Gym Cheadle for about three months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The facilities are excellent everything from the gym floor to the pool area is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The team there are excellent, from the friendly reception staff who always greet you with a smile, to the personal trainers who are approachable and knowledgeable, everyone genuinely seems to care about helping members feel welcome and supported. “I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”

“I went to Oxygen Manchester for a viewing. Honestly, it is one of the amazing places in Manchester from the first moment when you walk in the Receptionist they welcomed us with a smile after that we met Osman Nazar from ACL Lettings he welcomed us and showed us the flat and all the facilities, he was honest with us and helped us through the whole process and I appreciate all his efforts and the support he gave to us. Unlike other agenciesI found that with ACL it was easy to get an appointment and to proceed with the viewing. Osman he did a greart job, he was very professional with us and we felt comfortable in our viewing with no rushing unfortunately like other agencies. I loved all the facilities especially the swimming pool, gym everything was very clean and spotless. I liked the fact that they try their best to give you the best experience while you are staying there.”

“Just Completed the Powerboat level two course and i can highly recommend trafford water sports centre! Chris our instructor was friendly, knowledgeable and very good at teaching and explaining the course. There was a good balance of theory and practical that it made it a really enjoyable experience! “I only use the sauna and the steam cabin usually (when I have time for a visit), but far the best of all Village Gyms in Manchester, even if this is a bit smaller. Nice and calm atmosphere and very kind staff.”

“Ami Gibbs was amazing with me in the gym. I applied for a free day pass online and came into the gym and Ami showed me around the facilities. She was super helpful and friendly and made me really comfortable and the gym and pool area was amazing. Will definitely be looking to join once I’m back from travelling.”

Special mentions to Ellie who showed us around and signed us up, Connor who is always a friendly face and happy to help in any way he can and Paul in the clubhouse who all make us feel so welcome and at ease every time we come to the club. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very professional in all they do and friendly and chatty at the same time. “This is a fantastic rehabilitation centre! It has everything you need all under one roof for every part of your rehabilitation and onwards. It is fully accessible for all disabilities. I can't rate this place highly enough for everything they do. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. It has a WRVS cafe which is open until 2pm each day. Free Wifi Offer transport services for appointments. Which you do need to book in advance. This centre offers: Specialist Rehabilitation Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Prosthetists, Orthotists Postual Care Specialists and Counselling. Physiotherapy Gym, Wheelchair services, Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics & Orthotics - casting and fitting rooms for both children and adults, Rehabilitation Counselling. The Manchester Prosthetic User Association and Manchester Wheelchair User Group are based here to offer Peer to Peer support to the centre's users. It also has a great resource area with lots of information and event details from numerous charities - Wheel Power, Limbless Association, Limb Power, Blesma, Reach, MacMillan Cancer Support, ManFit, Age UK, LimbCare and many more. The Ability Matters Store is here too, which stocks disability aids and equipment. The lovely staff can help you find exactly what you need to make your daily routine easier. Plus plenty of accessible car-parking.”
