“Appointment availability was very fast, lots of locations available, which was a relief after trying another company for a thyroid scan and being told it's a "specialist" scan so there isn't many clinics in the country that can do it. The room was clean, the sonographer was friendly, thorough and kind and reassuring. I had to chase the results the next day and there was a little confusion over whether the scan was private or nhs but once it was cleared up the results were sent over rapidly, images and a report, which had drastically sped up my care with my gp. Never been private for anything before but was a positive experience.”
