“I recently visited the cafe place and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The interior is beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern and rustic touches. The staff really knows their stuff when it comes to food – you can tell they take pride in what they do. I also loved the music and the general vibe of the place – perfect for a relaxing break or catching up with friends. Highly recommend if you're looking for great coffee and a welcoming environment. “Really lovely pub and friendly, helpful staff. Welcoming atmosphere. We came in soaking wet after a football game, and the guy behind the bar was extremely welcoming. “Visited for dinner, we both wanted the pie and chips, no pies left., We then chose fish and chips and they had to check if they had fish. We were about to leave, but they had two left. The food arrived and we were pleased either the good, fish was excellent, large, chunky fish and good batter. The pub was a bit smelly, tables very sticky. Toilets really clean and tidy. Not too busy on a Monday afternoon. The pub is next to the golf course, with a great view. The pub could be so much nicer and it would increase footfall from golfers too.”

“A lot of people will disagree with this as the reputation of the Navigation Hotel is not great, but having just returned from an early afternoon meal there, I have to say it was excellent. The food can't be faulted, it's not haute cuisine, but good pub grub, with some nice options on the menu. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I much prefer it here to many other places that are more popular. Prices are very low, the fact that there are no cask beers is a little disappointing, but I was there to eat, and the John Smith's is adequate. Yes there are screens showing football, but it was not overwhelming and it wasn't full of drunken fans. I would certainly recommend the Navigation and will be back soon.”
