“I’ve been coming to this dentist for years, and they’ve always been excellent. Even though I’ve moved outside of Manchester, I still prefer to come all the way here. Chris is very open, honest, and friendly, always giving clear and genuine advice. They were kind enough to accommodate my lateness and even booked me in with the hygienist the same day, as I couldn’t come back for a few weeks. The hygienist was absolutely top-notch — did a fantastic job and kept checking if I was okay throughout. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. “After neglecting my teeth for a few years and being in a lot of pain with a cracked tooth I paid Emily and Claire a visit at Flourish. I was nervous about all the work that I needed doing. I shouldn’t have worried both Emily and Claire are caring and very professional I’ve had three treatments done and another one booked in at the end of the month. They totally understand someone’s nervousness and apprehension about certain treatments but they fully explained what would happen to give me peace of mind. “I have not had any dental treatment for quite sometime. However at my last check up it became apparent that I needed two fillings. I am very anxious about having any dental treatment but Phoebe is so professional & always manages to put me at ease. She carried out the procedure & my experience was painless & went smoothly due to her expertise. I would 100% recommend this practice. Especially Phoebe Hulme.”

“Fantastic dental surgery. Been at this dentist my whole life and all of the staff I have encountered have been lovely and competent. I have had lots of check ups and various treatments over the years and they have always provided me with high quality care. They especially have been very understanding and supportive of me as a person with a severe needle phobia and have allowed me to have procedures such as fillings without anaesthetic at my request but equally have supported me very well when I have had to have procedures such as tooth extraction where needles have been essential to the treatment, even prescribing me with diazepam prior to the extraction to ease some of the anxiety. The only issue I have ever had is that I do struggle to contact them via telephone as my calls often ring out or go to voicemail. Otherwise a genuinely fantastic dental surgery, can't rate them high enough!”

“Today I lost a huge filling and was in such pain. I rang up and they got me in straight away because there had been a cancellation. I now have a temporary filling and the pain has subsided...I have an appointment for my real one soon. I can't thank them enough for getting me in. I am a very very nervous patient too, and they are so kind and caring here. Also I'm not an NHS patient (no spaces unfortunately but we all know that's a national issue) and I think the prices are extremely fair especially considering the level of service.”

“This was my second visit here and it's safe to say they've both been my best visits to a dentist. Tamara, my dentist is lovely. I suffer from an extreme fear of the dentist due to a bad experience as a kid and every time I've been to the Didsbury Dental Lounge I've always felt calm. The staff are wonderful and patient with you and treat you with the up most respect. I definitely recommend coming here as when I arrive for my appointments I tend not to have my pre appointment anxiety .”

“Went to see hygienist,first time seeing Lorriane and Christina for my clean today They both made me feel at ease, Lorriane explained everything she was going to do, explained what's happening to my gums and teeth and gave great advice on how to help keep my teeth as long as possible. Even when I admitted to not doing my teeth cleaning as well as I should she never made me feel bad just encouraged me to improve best I could. No pictures but I am waiting on a travel case for all my different inerdental brushes to do wherever I am :-)”

“Great experience. Booking was easy. Parking was easy too and they provided a free park permit with designated bays. Waiting room calm and quiet. Was called on time and was quick with the scan. All round a good experience and couldn't fault anything.”
