“I am so impressed with the quality, comfort and service. We bought the Newbury sofa + pouffe in Avelino fabric and we're finally comfortable for the first time in 6 years. We went to the showroom twice to sit on it and it was a very chilled experience as no one was hassling us like in other stores. We waited 7 weeks and it was a very straightforward experience; the deposit and the remainder before delivery. The sofa was very competitively priced too. Absolutely chuffed with it.”

“We have visited this store many times and have always been pleased with the products and the polite, friendly and helpful staff, but today (04/09/25) we felt that one member of staff, Emily, was particularly helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She helped us find one item and we were looking for another that we had seen online, she found there was only one in stock but not where it would have been expected, however she searched, enquired with other staff, and found the item we wanted. “Went to Urmston Interiors as we were struggling to find somewhere that could do us a 7ft by 7ft bed (my husband is very tall). Simon was very helpful in advising us which beds and mattresses we could choose from and got us a (very reasonable) quote on the day for a headboard, ottoman base and mattress. Bed was ready to be delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery guys were very efficient and friendly. The bed itself is excellent quality and the mattress is the comfiest I've ever slept on. Would definitely recommend shopping here! Great furniture at much more competitive prices than some of the big chains”
