“We're so pleased with our new kitchen from Magnet. It's the second Magnet kitchen we've had in 15 years. The original kitchen was so good, it's gone to a new home in Wilmslow! The design service provided by Sam and Michael was excellent and there was no pushy sales style anywhere to be seen. The kitchen was delivered on the day and time agreed, and was then installed by Ryan over the next 3 weeks. Ryan was also a joy to deal with and the finish of the kitchen is superb. We did have a couple of minor supply issues and these were resolved quickly and professionally by Natasha and Chris.... It's often the case that companies can best be judged by their response to problems. Thanks to the whole team in Sale and at the factory for a great customer experience.... And see you in 20 years!”

“Jason was excellent when we went looking at beds he was not a pushy salesman, he was very knowledge and explained everything about the beds and headboards with his help we chose a bed with a headboard in the colour styal we liked, it was about a week later two very nice men delivered our bed and put it together in our bedroom on leaving they checked I was happy with everything before leaving, I found a fault with headboard after they left I rang Jason who said no problem and two days later a replacement headboard was delivered by the same men who were again very helpful and didn't leave till I was satisfied excellent service throughout,”
