We were really impressed with the fabric samples and brochure sent out, they made choosing so much easier. The bed was even ready earlier than expected, and we’re absolutely over the moon with the quality and craftsmanship. It’s huge, luxurious, and worth every penny. I can’t wait to show it off! “I always have a great experience at this Argos, and this visit was no different. I went in to collect an eBay parcel, but the seller hadn’t provided enough information for Argos to notify me it was ready. Ryan, the store manager, stepped in straight away to help. He listened to my issue, located the parcel after a thorough search, and even stayed on the phone with eBay for ages to sort it out. Despite how busy it is during the Christmas rush, he remained polite, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. Ryan is a credit to Argos, and the store should be proud to have such a fantastic manager. “Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”

“Brilliant place to visit. Well stocked and plenty to choose from. We went for a lamp for our tortoise table and the staff were really helpful and knew exactly what we needed. Also helped us with a new substrate and a thermometer. There was plenty of parking too so it was easy to load the car. I can recommend Swell reptiles and will definitely be going again.”
