“I don’t really do reviews but my goodness thought I would as one is definitely needed! I came here 2 days ago on Wednesday (14th) Valentine’s Day and I honestly had one of the best retail/ in store experiences ever!!! I came here 7 years ago in 2017 to get my ears re pierced and now I’ve just had my nose Piercing done and what an incredible amazing comforting experience I had!!! Literally met the most lovely and genuine people Alexandra and Jessica! Who are such a vibe to be around! Both are so lovely and comforting. We definitely had a good laugh lol. They were so professional and hands on with everything. Easy to chat to and get along with. That’s the reason I went ahead and put my trust in them got my nose piercing done and safe to say I’m so pleased and I love my piercing. I’m so glad I went ahead with it. Jessica the manger is so sweet and polite and Alexandra is so nice and funny. Both are amazing individuals who make Claire’s look and feel good. Fun and good vibes everywhere! They definitely know what they are doing and make every customer feel welcome. They exceed every expectation and help their customers effortlessly. I have seen this over and over again. What a lovely store with the best people honestly!!!! If you need a Piercing or any jewellery shopping etc this is the place to come to! You’re in safe hands and will definitely enjoy your shopping experience with these lovely girls around! 10/10 for everything!! See you soon girls :)) definitely will be coming more!”

“Great coffee and atmosphere! Stopped by Starbucks today and had such a pleasant experience. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and my drink was made perfectly — exactly how I like it. The place was clean, cozy, and had a nice vibe to relax or get some work done. Loved the aroma of fresh coffee and the calm background music. Definitely coming back for another cup soon!”

“My husband and I came to store last weekend with our granddaughter. We have never been to Reiss before, I had not heard of it. The girl at the door greeted us and helped me find a sofa to sit while I waited for my husband to look upstairs. She let me know that I could get the escalator up and down which was nice but I sat and looked at the clothes on the ladies instead. The girls in store looked lovely. The clothing was a bit young for me but my granddaughter got a beautiful dress in the sale it was a very nice.”

“I took my 8 year old daughter for her ears pierced yesterday 27/07/23 and the two ladies who did the piercing were outstanding, from entering the shop to leaving the shop the care, communication, outstanding customer service we received was the best I've had in a very long time. Sorry I don't remember your names but I've added the date so you know who you are. Me and my two daughters were very happy customers and we are ever so grateful to you both. Thankyou very so much. Food has been really nice, tried the club sandwich & fish ciabatta both with chips & salad has been fresh each time. I went in to collect an eBay parcel, but the seller hadn’t provided enough information for Argos to notify me it was ready. Ryan, the store manager, stepped in straight away to help. He listened to my issue, located the parcel after a thorough search, and even stayed on the phone with eBay for ages to sort it out. Despite how busy it is during the Christmas rush, he remained polite, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. Ryan is a credit to Argos, and the store should be proud to have such a fantastic manager. Big shout out to Lesley and Lewis were great front of house they were friendly and nothing was too much trouble we asked for a little extra milk for the tea and this was done without any problem. There was a lovely atmosphere great to see a happy environment and great teamwork”

I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”
