“Hi I’m Iain, I’m in my 50’s and have had difficulty with my trauma for most of my life, in relationships and with my own Polaroid of my life. I’ve been working with the Skylight Healing Room (SHR) remotely for some time now, I moved to NZ from the UK 8 years ago, and now I’m in Oz, but one thing has remained constant, my work with SHR. I was lost, I was angry, and my self esteem was nonexistent. I was repeatedly making the same relationship mistakes and experiencing self destructive tendencies more frequently than I would have liked. My trauma was literally killing me.
