“I recently completed Umrah with my mother under the guidance of Heritage Umrah/Mayar Travel and I would like to commend the team for their professionalism and exceptional level of care throughout the journey. Our group leader, Amr, demonstrated outstanding organisation and attentiveness from the outset. He provided clear and consistent guidance during the performance of Umrah, ensuring I was supported and fully informed at each stage. When my mother required a wheelchair to complete her Umrah, Amr arranged this with great efficiency and consideration, allowing her to participate comfortably and with dignity. During my time in Makkah, I experienced a period of illness, and Amr provided valuable assistance by accompanying me to the hospital and facilitating my treatment.
