“I was staying in Manchester as l was visiting and was feeling unwell and spoke to 111 who ordered a prescription for me. They said they would send it there but they did not they had sent it to another pharmacy. The pharmacist told me not to worry he would ring them up to cancel it and release the prescription and then he could do it for me. It took 5 minutes and he saved me having to walk to another chemist. Really good service. Would recommend them.”

She’s really knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable, giving breaks and explaining things in a way that puts you at ease. Lisa arrange to meet up a couple of times before hand so Poppy could get accustomed to her and her sweet little dogs. It worked really well for Poppy having 'doggy company' all weekend and we could relax knowing Poppy waa having a good time and in very safe hands. Highly recommend Lisa and Waggy Bums”
