“We have ordered food from Great Indian kitchen quite a number of times and have always been a happy customer. We love their food so much that we opted for their catering service for our daughter’s baptism event. Everyone loved the food and it was a pure delight. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good Indian tea specially their chicken Hyderabadi and Samosa which are almost like Delhi style.”

“Dishoom Spinningfields is one of my favourite restaurants in Manchester. When it first opened back in 2018, it was Dishoom’s first restaurant in Northern England, and since then they’ve set a remarkable standard of both food and service quality and certainly left me coming back for more. The interior is super impressive, cool and unique. Dishoom is based on the old Irani cafés in Bombay, and the interior is so large and feels like no other restaurant in the city. My go-to dishes are the Chicken Ruby with Basmati Rice and occasionally the Gunpowder Potatoes. The portion sizes are generous, and the rich spices of the curry are super good — it’s obvious they use great quality ingredients and seasonings. For drinks, again the selection is vast, with my favourites being the regular Chai and the Mango Lassi, which are both really good. There is always a staff member walking around topping up tap water, so you’ll never go thirsty. The pricing is a little high, but I feel it is worth it for the quality. Matka Holders can also roll a dice at the end of their meal to potentially earn everything for free, food and alcohol included, during certain times. This makes it all fun, being able to put the meal on the roll of a dice. Due to having an allergy, I can scan a QR code on the menu for the latest information, and all the staff members are well trained in dealing with allergies. They’re aware of coeliac disease and the danger of cross-contamination, and always keep my items separate from my friends’ when I dine in a group. Overall, this is one of the places to be in Manchester if you’re looking for good food with fantastic allergy awareness, overall ambience/vibes, food and service quality. It’s a place that you can go for a special occasion or even a quick lunch (although a lunch menu / meal-deal offer would make it even more enticing for sure!).”

“Indian Affair is hands down my favourite spot for Indian food in Chorlton - I come here regularly and always leave full & happy. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. My go-to order is Butter Chicken with their garlic naan and perfectly cooked pilau rice. The Lamb Nihari is another favourite - rich, tender and a great portion size! And if you love street food-style starters, the Samosa Chaat is a must-try. On top of the amazing food, the prices are really reasonable for the quality you get. Whether you’re dining in or getting a takeaway, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend checking this place out!”

“We visited MyLahore for lunch today for the very first time, and our experience was made absolutely exceptional thanks to our server, Nadeem. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, welcoming, and attentive in the most genuine way. We both ordered the Chicken Dum Biryani, and when Nadeem brought the dishes over, he took the time to carefully cut into the dums for us. The moment he lifted the lid, the aroma was incredible—and the biryani inside was beautifully cooked. Perfectly tender chicken, fragrant rice, and so full of flavour. His presentation made the experience feel even more special. Nadeem’s professionalism, kindness, and pride in the food truly elevated our first visit. “I highly recommend this place for those who eat vegetarian or vegan. The food is delicious, especially the masala dosa, chana masala and poppadoms, and chutney tray. “The interior of the restaurant is really nice and was greeted with a smile by the staff. Very friendly and we were given few minutes to select a drink and then once our drinks had came, we were asked promptly for our food orders. The food itself is very nice, we shared a starter which was lovely and both had different main meals. The tikka masala is nice but does need more flavour in my opinion (I always think a more red and rich masala is super tasty but appreciate every chef does it differently). My partners main meal which has paneer is was lovely. They add 10% service charge onto the bill which many places do these days which I don’t mind at all (as long as they give good service). All in all a great place to enjoy some nice food and great service, we will definitely return in the future.”

“Just a first class restaurant with great food, a good selection of drinks, and very friendly staff. I came over from Ireland to visit family and we always go the the Prachee at least once per visit. I've eaten Indian food all my life and this rates right up there with the best. And the prices are very reasonable. I know I mentioned the friendly staff, but I'll do it again because they are. I do a lot of reviews and I normally like to take some pictures and include them. For some reason every time I visit the Prachee I forget to wait for photos and just start eating straight away. The food is that good.”

“Wow, this place is amazing! This is the first time my partner (Kieran) and I have ordered from here, and it most certainly won't be the last. The chicken in the korma was beautiful - so tender with absolutely no fatty bits. My partner said the same about his lamb too. The authentic pilau rice.. the garlic and coriander naan which was so garlicky... the heavenly salt and pepper chips - everything was quite simply PERFECT. They even gave us some free tikka bites, along with a lovely handwritten message welcoming us to the place. The delivery guy was so friendly too. I simply can't fault this place - and that's coming from someone who can be quite picky. All that's left to say now, is THANK YOU!”

“Booked a table for 7 of us at 7pm. As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed and shown straight to our table. The service was amazing. Offered drinks and starters straight away. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The starters and mains were fresh, hot and tasted amazing! Everything was perfect. The atmosphere is very cosy and welcoming. Probably a strange thing to mention, but as someone who has had spinal surgery and struggles with comfort, the seats here were sooo comfortable! Staff are friendly and pleasant. Most importantly though, the food here is delicious and I cant wait to come back!!!”

“I can’t thank this place enough! My car broke down on the motorway and I ended up just outside the restaurant. My phone was dead, and they kindly let me charge it inside. Parking is a big issue in the area because of a nearby concert, but they found a space for me and let me leave my car there overnight. They even gave me food while I waited — and Mr. Shah refused to take any money for it. I honestly can’t explain how grateful and happy I am. The kindness and generosity they showed me was incredible. Truly amazing people — thank you from the bottom of my heart!”
