The rooms are bright airy and clean with plenty platform's for the cats to sit on, there's also little hiding sections on top shelves for more nervous cats to hide in which one of my cats used regularly to stay calm and settled. While we were away Hayley also send plenty of photo and video updates which really helps as your missing them while away. The cats are also played with to keep up the exercise!
