I booked Joanne a few years ago for my wedding which was due to take place last year and through countless postponements, worries and tears, Joanne has been extremely kind, supportive and overall a fantastic florist. Our wedding took place on 18th September and as soon as she arrived in the morning I was absolutely over the moon - she had grasped my vision better than I ever could've imagined and was also a super happy and calming presence. She created the most beautiful bouquets, corsages and buttonholes for my wedding party which looked and smelt incredible. For my ceremony she created the most wonderful flower arch and styled the area so beautifully with lanterns and petals, all done extremely elegantly and tastefully. And our table arrangements were breaktaking with beautiful foliage and tapered candles, making the most gorgeous and romantic setting. She worked fantastically with all of our other suppliers and created the most beautiful setting for us! I cannot thank/praise Joanne enough and will definitely work with her again in the future. Absolutely 5* service, design and delivery :)”

I purchased a sofa and two armchairs, and although the delivery was slightly delayed, they kindly gifted me a set of tables as a gesture of goodwill . The furniture looks beautiful and feels very sturdy. The delivery team was fantastic as well – they set up the legs perfectly, were polite, efficient, and left everything spotless A big Thanks to Sultan . “Today was my first time dining at this restaurant. On a Saturday evening, it seemed a bit understaffed. I had attempted to book a table through their website, which showed it was fully booked until 7:30PM. However, when I called the restaurant directly, I was able to make a reservation. I suspect they might have shown full availability online due to limited staff. The male staff members were very polite, but I felt that one of the female staff, who appeared a bit heavier, seemed somewhat impatient when I was ordering. The food was decent, nothing extraordinary but satisfactory. This experience left me with mixed feelings about the restaurant. The disparity between the online booking system and the actual availability was puzzling, and the varying levels of service from the staff members were noticeable. While the food met basic expectations, the overall dining experience could have been enhanced with more consistent customer service.”

“Not often you really get 5* service but this is our experience over 3 jobs. Our main kitchen has over 30 units and 9 appliances. The design and layout was tricky but they got it right. The supply and installation was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. Our kitchen looks fantastic and is now, the social hub of our home. The quality of fixtures and fittings is excellent and the experience from start to finish was just great. Thanks to Gary and his team, we have a cracking kitchen to enjoy for years to come. “Had a previous repair where I had a wheeled shopping bag axel which had lost the clip permanently clipped in place, this time I thought the other one had broken and wouldn't lock in place any more. All he had to do, which surprised me was take the clip out, tighten it, put the clip back in and gently bang the wheel back in place. As well as a few garden bits I've bought from this chap, he's been a great help and he's got virtually everything bits and bobs you need for fixing up stuff.”
