“We would like to really thank Diane and her team for their vision and craftsmanship in creating our new kitchen. When we decided to have our kitchen re-designed we had a few companies come for a visit with their ideas, all of which were lovely but not what we really hoped for. Ideally what we wanted was an island, but we were told that we didn’t have the space for one. Diane responded very quickly and within a few weeks came to visit us and designed our dream kitchen – with the island that we wanted! “Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name. Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning. Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately. Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home. Many thanks”
