“Used to go here regularly 17 years ago. Stopped today on our way through the Manchester area and ordered a takeaway. Same owner and they were just as efficient and friendly. The food was delicious, just a good as ever. The poppodums were a little thin (still good) but the onion bhajis were lovely. Overall good curries and an accolade that they are still as good all these years on. Thank you”

“Best curry restaurant for miles around. Have been a frequent visitor for over 20 years. Traditional curries that don't all use the same base unlike some places. Never had a bad experience here in the whole time I've been a customer. We don't live local anymore but still drive the 6 miles to attend. Ami and the staff are great can not recommend highly enough. “We have been going to waterhead Tandoori for quite a few years now, and after promising we will leave a review, it's not before time. If you want excellent well prepared and cooked food, this is the place. The food is always excellent, the service is prompt, the premises are so clean you could literally eat your meal off the floor, and Al, is the nicest most polite guy you could ever hope to meet. He's always pleasant, upbeat, and is genuinely interested in how your day has been. The chefs are on full view hard at work, and everything seems to run like clockwork. Myself and Christine, cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks again to Al and his team of excellent chefs, we will continue to buy our curries from this clean, pleasant, well run establishment.
