“Zainab was amazing from start to finish! My husband and I didn’t plan on purchasing so soon, but circumstances changed. Zainab was very efficient, communication was prompt (despite frequent delays and lack of communication from the seller’s solicitors) and all things considered, it was much quicker and easier than we expected. Thank you for all your help. Would definitely recommend.”

“A lovely traditional park with lots to see and do. The park has good play areas for the little ones which includes a water fountain play area in the summer months. A lovely coffee shop in the centre of the park with an ice cream van present near the play areas for most of the warmer months. There are also bowling greens, a duck pond and aviary with various types of birds to look at. Worth a visit if you're in the area and an excellent way to kill a few hours for free.”

“Lovely walk, choice of routes with miles wide paths an option on muddier days, or over dirt tracks when weather better. Beautiful views, not ever too busy like dovestones can be. Lack of bins is my only issue, so occasionally see dog poo bags hanging on bushes, which is a shame.”

“A lovely meal here. This is authentic Chinese food from a variety of regions including Beijing, Sichuan, Hunan and Guangdong (Canton), rather than higher-cost versions of takeaway food. Mao's braised pork was tender and balanced. The pork pancake was filled with plenty of juicy pork. The fried rice was fragrant and beautifully fried. Excellent sland friendly service. Also, the restaurant was decorated so beautifully.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Warm Welcome from Elaine and the Black Dog Pub Team Elaine, the landlady of the Black Dog Pub in Belmont Village, deserves the highest praise. From the moment we arrived as new residents, she and her wonderful staff welcomed us with immense warmth and genuine hospitality. The atmosphere they’ve created at the Black Dog is friendly, inviting, and full of community spirit — exactly what every village pub should be. It’s quickly become our favourite local spot and a big part of why Belmont already feels like home. Thank you, Elaine, for making us feel so welcome!”

“We recently used Nick Earp for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. It was a particularly tricky chain, with slow sellers and frustrating communication from other parties, but our conveyancer was superb throughout. Nick's professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive approach made all the difference. He kept us informed at every stage, often stepping in to navigate poor communication from other solicitors and stubborn sellers. His ability to keep things moving, despite the challenges, was truly impressive. We are incredibly grateful for Nick's hard work and dedication and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable, efficient, and highly competent conveyancer. Thanks again Nick for making this process as smooth as possible!”

“I took my dog today for the first time and we both loved it, we were there for around 2 hours and could easily have spent longer. It is pretty much all flat and there are lots of main paths to follow but we took the smaller paths through the wooded areas and through the middle of the fields instead so my dog could be off her lead exploring more. There were enough people around to not feel isolated but not too many that it felt crowded. I've never been before today and I already can't wait to go back and find new routes!”

“This is a little gem of a park. It is small but wonderful. There is a lovely little cafe it really good value for money as well. We got three meals (toasties and jacket potatoes) three drinks and a toasted teacakes and it was just over £20. The food was lovely. We had a walk round the lake and park. Fully wheelchair accessible too. Parking is street parking but we had no issues. We went on a Sunday. Will be going back agaon”

“A lovely place to go for peace and quiet, a picnic and a stroll. It's lovely to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, even if only for an hour or so. Could do with more picnic benches in different areas around the lake. Only complaint is irresponsible dog owners, not picking after their dogs.”
