“I visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff aren’t left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.”

However Manchester Smart Repairs told me to have a go with Microfibre and toothpaste as this looked like paint transfer damage only. Amazingly this worked well as good as new! “Ample disabled parking spaces. The ramp up to the entrance is quite steep but just managed to propel myself up in my wheelchair. Baskets of extra goods made the aisles tricky to navigate at times but the staff are very helpful and accomodating. I pop in regularly because I know that the staff will be happy to help me if need be and they usually have what I need. A great little shop, staffed by really nice people!”
