There were 4 fantastic not big brewet ales on tonight with good rock background music next door to the Hyde central station This pub, when drinking real ales in Hyde, is an essential visit”

“Everything at Puss in Boots is always amazing. The food is consistently delicious, the staff are incredibly friendly, and both the team and management regularly check in to make sure you’re looked after. Every visit feels like a big family reunion — the atmosphere is always welcoming and full of good energy. Whether we pop in during a walk just for a drink, or bring family and friends who are visiting, it’s always our special go-to place. Everyone we take there ends up loving the experience and the food just as much as we do. The staff always take great care of us, and the manager often stops by our table with something new we have to try. I would highly recommend Puss in Boots to anyone in the Stockport area. The atmosphere truly makes you feel at home, and whoever you take there will leave with positive energy and appreciation for the warm interior and amazing service.”

“First time dining there tonight and we can’t wait to be back! Shocked we had a hidden gem on our doorstep and didn’t realise. We had a mix of Sunday lunches, burgers and steak at our table and there wasn’t a bad thing to say about it. The beef on the roast literally melted on your tongue. Very good staff who checked up on us a lot to make sure we had everything we wanted. Many thanks to Jason as well, he was fab looking after us, very approachable and witty, which made the meal even better. We will be back soon!”

You can immediately tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about both the quality of the coffee and the experience of everyone who walks in. Oli in particular has this effortless way of making the space feel welcoming, friendly, and his attentiveness is very wholesome. He remembers people’s preferences, checks in with guests thoughtfully, and the whole atmosphere runs smoothly under his watch. The drinks are consistently excellent, the service is efficient but personal, and there’s a calm, professional energy even during an influx. “Amazing food, great service and unusual idea, all you can eat steak with the system of controlling when you wish to be served again by flipping the card from green to red. We visited last night for the first time and left really full and impressed. This is definitely not our last visit,the next time will probably come for bottomless service so drinks could flow as well. It's not cheap but it is worth the money. Everyone from the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the whole experience was just unforgettable including the deco and music. Thank you for having us and making our anniversary so special. “Sandwich Heaven provided the catering for our granddaughters First Holy Communion Party at our house last Saturday. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Everyone tucked in. Sarah was so helpful with making menu suggestions for the adults and kids for a party of 30 people and then setting up the buffet on the morning of the party. We were so pleased with the quality of the food and service provided and we will definitely be using Sandwich Heaven again for party catering again . Thank you guys!”

“Called today, 11/6/14 on a whim, had time for a sit down lunch and thought "why not?" The welcome was superb, the service excellent and the food....... AMAZING, definitely a place to go back to, we had the buffet at £6.99 per person, complemaentary prawn crackers, fab choice of starters and main courses, was told the buffet menu changes after 2 days to keep customers coming back, definitely worth a visit if you`re in town, A takeaway box is £3 and there were plenty of people choosing this option too. Highly recommended, will see you soon”

“Tried here for the first time today when we arrived we were greeted with open arms and seated straight away which was a shock because it was soooo busy..the food was really good with a very generous portion and really good value for money.. Drinks menu was massive and beer and cider was so cheap.. Excellent place and well worth a visit..”

“The food is absolutely fantastic ! The price is very affordable . This restaurant is run by a friendly family. Their sons help out in the restaurant with good manners. Once you arrive there , they immediately ask you what you want to eat and drink . Also , they have a large variety of food and drinks to choose from . Good when we only live round the corner and can find something convenient for him. They really have thought about alot off people this cafe, people that are not able to talk or write are able to place pictures onto the menu to show what they want. Good community cafe.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 1st visit to The Wycliffe Hotel, Stockport this weekend. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean and a very good size. The bed was very comfortable. We ate evening meal at the restaurant Excellent Italian food. A very good choice of dishes. Breakfast also excellent. Good choices. Cooked to order. Deliciously hot. We will definitely stay here again. We can highly recommend this hotel.”

“Gluten free menu attached as I couldn't find it online. Some good options, food came quickly and was hot. I wished there were chips on the gluten free menu but jacket potatoes were a nice change. Service was slightly slow but was rectified quickly. They have gluten free beer which is nice. It was very busy which was nice to see considering it's tucked away.”
