“What a great premier inn. I stayed in one of their premier plus room and had such a good sleep. From easy check in from the friendly staff to the tasty great value breakfast. Rooms are clean, no noise and great bed. Location is also fantastic.”

“Hello, We ordered food for my son's birthday party. The food was delicious, and everyone loved it. It was delivered on time, and the staff were lovely. There was so much food for everyone. I highly recommend them for parties. PS: Chicken Biryani and Chicken lollipop were yummy, but Parotta and chicken curry were the stars of the day. “This place is a hidden gem! Don’t be fooled by some of the old fashioned decor, spend a night here and you realise it only add to the charm. What do you really need from a hotel, tidy, clean, great service, top breakfast, brilliant location. It may be a 3* in build but you are treated to a 5* stay!”

“Great bar in the heart of the city. Food chooses really great, had the grill of the day - creamy chickpeas with chicken. Mushroom filled scotch egg also great. Espresso martini good. Service great and prices fair. Would visit again.”

“If I were to describe Manjaros in a nutshell, I'd say it was Nandos with a twist. There are a few different options from the traditional grilled chicken which are worth trying. The prices are steep, but the portions are very large and you need to have a very large appetite to finish your plate completely! You also get enough seating for large groups as well as proper table service with waiters and everything - something which really sets the experience apart. Look out for the excellent discounts that may pop up from time to time, making this place incredibly good value. If you enjoy this sort of cuisine, I suggest you give it a shot. It's well worth it. Oh, and it can get quite busy so to avoid disappointment make sure you call up and reserve a table before visiting.”

“Tucked away in Wythenshawe, near the airport, this spot is a true hidden gem. The food is superb, offering great portion sizes and outstanding value for money. What sets them apart is their dedication to authentic Thai cooking, using quality ingredients and clearly pouring their heart into every dish. For the price point, this is easily the best Thai experience in Manchester. The staff and owners are wonderfully friendly, and the service is great.”

“I have worked in the kitchen industry for over 15 years myself and have become very particular about what i wanted for my 'dream' kitchen. I can say that Daniel Scott delivered everything i expected. If you are looking for a true in-frame, bespoke kitchen which is timeless in it's design and will stand the test of time with the quality of workmanship you will really narrow down your options of who can really deliver this. Daniel Scott did not disappoint and were on-time and on-budget. My kitchen has been fitted for over a year now (yes apologies it took so long to write my review) and it still looks brand new. The quality, craftmanship and the installation process were all to a very high standard, everything feels very solid and smooth. If you are opting for a true in-frame kitchen, by definition they are not cheap, but i definitely feel i got great value for a top quality kitchen. The beauty of this type of kitchen is the timeless design and high quality materials, when it needs updating i will just have it painted another colour. I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Garden Apartment a few weeks ago. It is beautifully furnished, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Especially the beds. Having driven up from London with elderly parents it was just what we needed. The owners had very kindly stocked up the fridge and freezer which came in very handy for breakfast next morning. And was truly appreciated. As was the Netflix and music streaming on Alexa. We also noticed plenty of board games and dvds for families with younger children. Would definitely recommend .”

“Fantastic restaurant serving freshly cooked Palestinian food of a high standard and with lovely warm service that is attentive and efficient. We’ve eaten at many Middle Eastern restaurants and this is one the best we’ve been to. The Knafeh is excellent and ends a wonderful meal. We also loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and strawberry, mango and pineapple smoothie! If only they had Palestinian ice cream!”

“Lovely little hidden gem of a cafe. Really tasty food & drinks, a great atmosphere. I've lived in Mossley all my life and only found out about the existence of this place recently, but I'm definitely glad I did. Went back today (my third visit) to find a new menu. Food still of a very good quality, but I preferred the breakfast sandwich that was on the old menu. The crispy potato skins were a strange addition. I'm all for not throwing away food, but they weren't something I'd try again.”

It is a husband and wife who run this place and you can tell they put their heart and soul in to each dish and the service they give is attentive and really friendly. Definitely recommend as a change to your normal curry house!”

“Lit up from the outside this venue is very welcoming. Soft ambient lighting indoors always gives a romantic feel drawing you to go inside. Also the promise of 2 for 1 cocktails might have something to do with it. I have eaten here a few times now and it lived up to expectations in every way. Inside the lighting does seem quite dim but adds to the atmosphere and the decor is rustic Caribbean and this makes you imagine you are in a different country. Everything is brightly coloured and fun. I have been fortunate enough never to have to book in advance but have seen it both very busy and also quite at other times. The table sauces look scary hot but do compliment the food incredibly. Even the toilets represent a beach hut feel. Food has never been fast to come out no matter how busy it is but worth the wait when it does. Also Jamaican Red Stripe lager on tap for as true Caribbean feel. Did I mention the cocktails. Food wise I have tried the Jerk chicken breast and half Jerk chicken. Both made with ghost chilli pepper sauce. Yes it's hot but you can still taste the flavours. Looking forward to my next visit.”

The BEST bread for miles (Wednesday, Friday & Saturday - be quick it gets sold out fast) extensive range of fresh coffee beans sold by weight, huge range of craft beers and organic wines, local cheeses, most every spice you can imagine, all your specialist ingredients AND bespoke organic veggie boxes - order via the website! Seriously great shop. Also the flapjacks are top.”
