“Was excited to visit Hea as I'd seen it last time I went to Prestwich but had already eaten at the makers market. We finally went on the weekend and it didn't disappoint! It's a small cafe so you might not find a seat quickly as when we went it was busy, but luckily the table in the window was available. There's lots to choose from on the menu such as Hong Kong style sandwiches, toast, and street food, as well as Hong Kong tea, coffee and bubble tea (but there are also normal teas and coffees). We ordered the ham and egg sandwich, satay steak sandwich and pistachio toast. Unfortunately some of the wraps are limited to summer months but we hope to try those next time. The wait was a bit long as it was busy, but it was worth the wait!! All very tasty and reasonably priced, especially if you go for the set menu. I definitely want to come back and try everything else!”

They always treat me and my children like family. “Exceptional service from Mike and the team! I had a slow puncture in my back left run flat tyre which I took to National first to have it looked at and get a quote. They advised it couldn't be fixed due to the placement of the nail which was causing the puncture. Instead, they told me a replacement run flat tyre would cost £310 minimum (which seemed crazy!). Rather than do that immediately, I wanted to check in with somewhere local to compare prices. I took my car to Mike where he inspected and told me that those prices were outrageous. Once he had looked at it, he said that I didn't even necessarily need run flats, but National never bothered to mention that and tried upselling me massively. In the end, Mike and the team replaced BOTH my back tyres for a total of £160 all in, double the tyres for half the price and great service at the same time. The tyres were B grade grip and on par quality with Pirrelli tyres. Overall, very happy and couldn't recommend Mike enough if you need new tyres. Ordered them and fitted next day, only took 1 hour to do the work. Thanks very much!”

“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

She was extremely nervous and Jonathan and his nurse put her at ease from the moment we arrived. The entire process went so well, so much so that she was unaware that the teeth had even been removed! Really positive experience.”
