“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

“We have ordered breakfast for delivery from here a number of times now and I can honestly say it’s the best we’ve had in a long time, every single time we haven’t been disappointed. Food is piping hot when it arrives and is beautifully presented you can tell the staff take pride in their food and service. The little touches make such a difference and the staff write little messages on the boxes and receipts saying thank you, or enjoy etc. Will definitely be visiting in person at some point.”

“We are regular customers with Cheers and always get home delivery, we have had one bad experience with the food. As regular customers, we know what we enjoy, and one time it just wasn’t tasteful, chips were frozen and the food standard was very poor. We considered never ordering again, but Micheal has absolutely rectified any doubts we ever had about ordering again. He personally took time to ensure if we were to order again, the food would be to high standards. I just want to say, they have absolutely smashed it out of the park this time. Everything was so perfect, the food was delivered personally, HOT and FRESH! Our usual order was even better than the usual standards, everything had a little extra and we are so so happy that the Bistro is back to the high standards we enjoy so much. “First visit here and what a little gem we have found. Lovely relaxed ambience with friendly attentive staff.bookings come with a 2 HR slot which is more than enough for a lovely relaxing experience which doesn't feel rushed allowing time to chat and relax between courses. My husband had the soup of the day and I had pate( I asked for extra bruschetta) and it came with more than enough!! For main we both had the chicken roulade which was exquisite , followed by strawberry cheesecake for hubby and sticky toffee pudding for myself, this was on another level,with homemade custard and a thin crispy topping. Amazing experience, definitely be returning soon.”
