“I visited this place last week for breakfast before I drop my kid for a football session. The staff was very well behaved. The food was amazingly delicious! It was served hot & nice. Ambience was quite and peaceful in the morning. Highly recommended!”

“This establishment is an ABSOLUTE diamond in terms of food quality and staff. I have to say, this place serves the BEST bacon sandwich ever. Beautiful thick sliced doorstop bread, top quality bacon cooked to exactly how you like it, perfect crispy. Brown sauce. Their coffee is really really really good!! On top of it all, the friendliest staff. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it!”

“Having a large choice of Indian food in Cheadle village it could be difficult to choose which restaurant you would go to. Not anymore.....The food at Veeda was spectacular serving one of the best curries we've ever eaten. The food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much. We usually would go to another local Indian restaurant but we now have a new go too.”

“From the excellent reviews, I was expecting a lot. I wasn't disappointed. The menu contains the traditional tapas options, with the odd twist. Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered 6 tapas between the two of us. This ended up being quite a bit of food. We still managed it though. Some dishes are on the pricey side, but the quality made them worth it. The mushrooms in cream, the pork belly and the albondigas (with cheese) were the highlights. But, as mentioned, everything was delicious.”

There was four of us in our party , booked in yesterday and each and everyone of us had amazing meals. So reasonable and they even finished off surprising me with a special birthday dessert. “I have not been to the March Hare in a while due to the last few visits being very disappointing . Todays vidit has definitely changed my opion. We were greeted by the assistant manager Gav, he was pleasant and accommodating. We had not booked but he managed to squeeze us in. The waitress Georgia was very pleasant and professional. The food was lovely and service was prompt. 2 empty plates. The refurbishment was in character and creates a family friendly atmosphere. The outdoor area has had a much needed upgrade and definitely a place I will visit on a sunny day. The toilet upgrade is definitely a vast improvement . Excellent selection of drinks including a vast variety of zero alcohol. I would highly recommend it .”

I had the chicken roast and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy chicken with crispy roast potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire pudding, and rich gravy that tied everything together beautifully. The portions were generous, the presentation spot on, and the flavours reminded me of a proper homemade Sunday dinner, only better! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear the team really take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for the perfect Sunday roast in the area, The Hesketh is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back next week !”

“My mam and I attended the restaurant on Monday evening. Really prompt and smooth service. Our server Molly was fantastic, can’t sing her praises enough. She had really great menu knowledge and treated us at the end of the meal to a little taster of the new lime & basil ice cream that we were in two minds about getting. The host who took us to our table was lovely and very helpful with allergen queries. Food was spot on, can’t go wrong with that Spinach and Egg pizza and the Bosco Salad was heavenly. Thanks for a gorgeous evening all round.”
