“Having not owned a hot tub before it was a big decision for us to make the purchase and we had LOTS of questions. So happy we chose hot tubs direct, all the people we have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable, the tub was ordered and delivered in the specified time period, we needed a crane to lift the tub over the house, hot tubs direct arranged everything. Even after purchase they are always on hand to answer any questions, Chloe especially deserves our thanks as she is always happy to help. We found the price very fair and the maintenance plan offered also looks to be great value (not had to use it yet and hopefully don’t have to apart from service). Overall we are really happy with the hot tub and massively impressed by the service received, can’t fault them.”

“Highly recommended. Have a gold twisted rope necklace which has 2 strings of white gold balls wrapping around it. One of these strings had come adrift, not for the first time. Went to 2 high street jewellers on the rock who said could not be repaired despite one of them having repaired it previously. Found this place on the Wed, said no problem and had it repaired by Friday. Not only that the cost was a third of what the high street jeweller had previously charged me”

“What a lovely friendly shop. We popped in this morning needing a suit for a best friends wedding a week.away. We were feeling under pressure with one week to go, nothing sorted and no idea where to start choosing something suitable for the big occasion and comfortable to wear in the current hot weather. To say they made it easy is an understatement! To sum up - grear advice, friendly service, knowledgeable, excellent attention to detail and a superb selection of quality clothing. “What can I say about this place! It's an unassuming studio but once you walk in you get welcomed with an offer of a brew and made to feel comfortable from the off. I had my tattoo from laura but every artist was happy to talk and made you feel inclusive of their studio. Excellent craic, top notch artists, spotlessly clean. It felt welcoming and well cared for, and I had an undisturbed, peaceful sleep. Great value for money too. The food was another highlight. I ordered the gammon steak, which was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious – generous portion, nicely presented, and full of flavour. The overall atmosphere was warm and friendly, making it an easy place to relax and enjoy a good meal. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.”
