“Great service from David Spruce. Purchased a pair of Lunar shoes last year which I have only worn on holiday. Unfortunately the elastic on the strap came away. They were happy to try to repair them even though I didn't have a receipt. The repair didn't work so they replaced the shoes at no cost. Could not be happier. Thank you”

I then asked for assistance purchasing some different trainers with removable insoles. Again Aidan was helpful,very patient and I went away with trainers to accommodate my difficult feet.”

“Visited on the 7/1/23 and found the perfect pair of Levi jeans at an amazing discounted price when going to Pay for them wouldn’t accept the code at the till. Had to leave my phone number with them and they said they would ring me if they could get the code being totally honest I wasn’t holding my breath expecting a call back from them, but true to their word they rang me 10 days later to say that they had got the code and do I still want them at a further discounted price! Could not believe what brilliant customer service that was from them hence why this is only one of a few reviews I have ever done and to be honest 5 Stars doesn't do justice to how happy I am. Thank you so much guys”

“~1115 hours Sunday 16/02/25 Excellent Customer Service I rang this store on 3 separate occasions, with 3 different female staff members answering the phone promptly on first ring. All ladies took details of my request and went away to check my request/stock levels etc. unfortunately my call line kept disconnecting. However the 3rd lady I spoke with explained they had spoken with each other and left a message for me explaining they did attempt to recall me but were unable to do so, the product I requested was not in stock and advised me how to contact Adidas Customer Service Centre. I would like to thank all 3 ladies for their excellent customer service, pleasant telephone manners and expert knowledge, I know one of the ladies was a Manager in the store and will be able to highlight and pass on my thanks to her team members.
