He went above and beyond to make sure I found the right trainers for my needs and disabilities. After explaining a bit about what I was looking for, he took the time to really listen and find the best option within my budget. His customer service was outstanding — polite, positive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and dedicated to helping customers. The store is airy and spacious, and the clothing is really well set out, so you don't have to spend ages looking for anything. However, there is always a member of staff on hand to help with any queries. I really enjoy visiting the Peel Centre store.”

The Next lady hunted everywhere for it but couldn’t find it , she suggested we went off for a coffee at the in-store Costa for a few minutes whilst she carried on searching for it. He was on his own on the shop floor and it was really busy, but he handled everything amazingly – calm, polite, and courteous with every customer. Even under pressure, he took the time to help me properly, made sure everything fit well, and gave great advice. Really helpful and patient throughout.
