She went above and beyond to help me understand why I was feeling the way I was, whilst making me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. She has definitely helped to give me a more positive outlook on situations and since seeing Shirley I have noticed massive improvements in my self esteem. “The best person to leave your dog with! I can’t say enough good things about Debby and how great she has been at looking after my puppy George. He adores her and loves going to doggy day care with her. I know when I drop him off I don’t have to worry and can set off for work rest assured George is going to have an amazing day and be well looked after. After lockdown I was called back into work with short notice and I tried leaving George on his own for a few days for short periods and when seeing how distressed he was I searched for a doggy day care online. After seeing Debby’s reviews I sent an online enquiry and she called me within a few minutes, offered me to pop over there and then to see her house and meet her and now George goes to her five days a week and I wouldn’t want him anywhere else. She has a great set-up in her home and garden where everything is secure and I feel like it’s another home for George where he is shown love and affections as well as being able to socialise with other dogs. He gets lots of exercise, playtime and food and I get to pick him up at the end of each day super happy and pretty tired which is perfect for me after a long day in work. Debby is always accommodating and I know she will always make decisions based on what is best for all the dogs to make sure they are happy and safe. I know there are larger set ups for doggy day-care but what I love about Debby’s house is it’s George’s second home and he will only ever be around other dogs that have been vetted by Debby to ensure they can play safely. Debby sends regular updates throughout the day of George having lots of fun and he is so desperate to get to hers in the morning he barely eats breakfast! I really couldn’t recommend a better person to look after your dog! Thank you Debby!”

“Fergus has been attending DogsZone for the last few months & I can honestly say the staff are so friendly & helpful & seem to really enjoy the company of the dogs. Fergus has some health issues with his stomach & staff sometimes feed him for me & this often isn’t easy as he’ll lose his appetite but they always persevere. I receive videos & photos all day of Fergus & the other dogs playing indoors & outdoors which is very reassuring. I highly recommend DogsZone!”

“The Dog Walkers are just amazing. Darren & Viv are just so lovely and clearly have a great affinity with the dogs - our lab just adores going for his dog walks! They are always providing photos and updates, which is really fun and also reassuring to see our dog happily socialising. I honestly could not recommend them highly enough!”

“I travelled quite a way from home to the carbon centre but glad I did because Steve is a top man and he's very knowledgeable and helpful. He sussed out the issue within 2 minutes and suggested I got my glowplug replaced before attempting to fix the DPF problem. I did that and brought the car back to him and he fixed it on the same day. He even asked for me to come back the following week to check everything is as it should be. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Much appreciated I'll be coming back here again with any other issues in the future.”

“Have always found the therapy rooms to be suitable for carrying out my therapy with adults and children . It is warm when needs to be, clean, tidy and bathroom and kitchen area are maintained to good standards. Other people use the rooms and it is a respectful community of professionals working as privately as possible. Would recommend using this space”

“Simply the best cattery you can imagine. We visited many potential catteries before choosing Cuddles, some very nice ones, but non came close and we were not disappointed. The facilities are fantastic, the best we viewed, but what really stands Cuddles apart are the two wonderful owners, Gail and Steve. They love cats, have five of their own, the care and affection they show to all their boarders made us feel secure in leaving our two with them for a whole three weeks. They even kept us in touch with photos and videos! Five stars, because you cannot give six, and a huge thank you.”

Penny’s knowledge and skills are second to none. Both Phil and Penny fully explain their treatment options thoroughly ensuring you know everything you need to know before commencing treatment. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin.”

“My son attended LSC Thorn Grove for a multisports holiday club and it was the first time he's ever been to any kind of summer camp provision before. He absolutely loved it and raved about trying out all the different sports. It was a great introduction to some new sports like dodgeball and cricket and he learned a lot. There were lots of other children there from his reception class which I think really helped. We'll be booking him in this summer for a few days too.”

“Excellent!!! Definitely five stars! Brought my six year old here today and it was brilliant! Really cheap and such good fun. Staff brilliant, really helpful and friendly. One staff member in particular helped us a lot with the bigger wall and harnesses. We are 100% coming back. If you're an adult and accompanying a child, wear comfortable clothes because if you're physically able to join in; you will definitely want to! Excellent place. They also serve food and have good facilities.”

“Initial swim school is an amazing place to learn to swim or keep up the practice. The instructor are patient and knowledgeable and help you with every step until your comfortable. The swimming pool is a good length and the environment is good.”

“Helping Hands have been such a wonderful help for mum. Having a two person team means the job is done quickly and efficiently. The ladies have been friendly and helpful. Periodically the quality is checked at mums house and gives her confidence that she’s getting an excellent job. The administrative staff have been very flexible when we’ve had to change slots due to hospital appointments and that’s a big help to me. Thanks to everyone.”

I usually go for the amazing hot stone massage but last time I tried the steam pods as well which were fab, could have staying in there for hours.
